I have begun to go to a private library from January. The library
will offer us comfortable space in the 49th floor of Tokyo. There are many new
books related to economy and management, and we can touch the latest knowledge
there. I didn't read books so much recently. I had time to go to a library, read
books and think about my life.
Books show us the new world. I read books and the current state
became unsatisfactory. I'd like to read more a lot of books. And I'd like to be
man needed all over the world.
I was transferred to the personnel consultation part from the
management consulting part in February. The department to which I belonged
before was profit rate 30%. But the station where I was transferred is the
deficit. I'd like to deal with this department somehow and rearrange. And I'd
like to achieve profit rate 30% at the personnel consultation part.
I'll grow
